Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Storydio account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete from your account settings on the web

If you can sign in on the web, you can delete your account yourself:

1. Sign in at storydio.com
2. Return to this page
3. Click Delete My Account
4. Type your email address to confirm

Option 2 — Delete from within the Storydio app

If you still have the Storydio app installed, you can delete your account directly:

1. Open the Storydio app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

Option 3 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the Storydio app or your account, you can request account deletion by email. Send a message from the email address associated with your Storydio account to:

[email protected]

Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account information (name, email address)
• Your voice recordings and custom voice models
• All audiobooks you generated
• Your uploaded PDF files
• Your session history and device registrations
• All custom stories you created and approved

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes:

• Purchase records — retained for tax and accounting compliance, with personal identifiers removed
• Aggregate usage statistics — never tied to your identity
